Since opening in 2023, DACHA Projects has been dedicated to providing inclusive and welcoming spaces in San Francisco. Starting with DACHA Kitchen & Bar in 2023, the group has since opened DACHA Cafe & Bar and begun offering mixology classes and catering services.

Throughout the first years of operation at DACHA Kitchen & Bar, co-founder Suki Skye began having problems with their phone system. “I was taking all of the phone calls directly to my cell phone and was getting calls at 6:00 am on Saturdays or at midnight all throughout the week. It was a pretty miserable experience,” says Skye. Managing their multiple locations and service offerings, she didn’t have the time to deal with the phone.
